Do you want the local unTangle box running as a DHCP/DNS server for the site, or the one at HQ? Where ever the vLAN is defined is usually where you have your DHCP Relay, and that points to what ever you want the DHCP server to be. Whether Untangle has this capability is another mater entirely.

Untangle runs on Debian. I'm using less than 2gb of memory on a Celeron J1900 with 5 vlans, IDS, Webfilter, and a few other apps. I do VPN into the system, but since where I work has a rather dismal throughput, I wasn't concerned about reaching gigabit speeds. I paid the fifty dollar fee.
Log on to your Untangle Administration Portal and click on the Config tab. This can be done through a browser and does not need to be done on the local box.
